Great location, close to the festival I attended and other amenities in the area. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met.
The indoor pool as the water was too cold to swim in. Despite bringing this up with the staff, the issue was not resolved during my stay.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful and made us feel at home. The woman who served breakfast was outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was the best I've had in any chain hotel I've stayed in this year. The hotel is located in a safe area and the front desk staff were very friendly. I also appreciated being able to print my boarding passes without any hassle.
I felt very welcomed during my stay and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.
